How did you discover Western?
Having passed through Gunnison on the way to the San Juans, Western has always been on my radar. And then when I was looking to move from the K-12 education world into higher ed, the opportunity here at Western looked like an amazing chance to get into the mountains!
What most excites you about your field?
What excites me the most, is being able to play a part in Western’s continued success as a University.
What is your favorite thing about the Gunnison Valley?
The access to public land. As an avid trail runner and skier, the Gunnison Valley provides an endless amount of opportunity to recreate outside.
